Kenji learnt to play the piano when he was young. But after some years of playing classical arrangements he stopped. In university he met some fellow students who were looking for a keyboard player for their cover band Hardcopy.
After a few years they switched their name to Ametheon and started to compose their own music and play their own songs. In this way Kenji re-discovered metal as an interesting style.
Nowadays he lives and works in Amersfoort in the water management industry. Maybe you can find him there walking his big black metally dog, or playing sports and drinking a beer!
